Slow motion power windows on my '87 Park Ave

The power windows on my '87 Park Ave seem to raise very slowly, but they lower at a more reasonable rate. Do the tracks or window glass lift mechanism need lubed and if so with what ? Maybe the contacts on the electric motor need cleaned ? Any other ideas ? TIA.

I know how to fix that problem, because mine did the same thing. In my case the switches went bad. Get a switch from a Junk yard or something and see if that fixes your problem. If it does than you can go to the dealer or find a few more switches in the Junk yard to fix the other two windows.

Try a spray can of silicone on the window vertical weatherstrip when the glass is down. Spray it on heavy then roll the window up and it will spread the lube.
