1997 value of '92 Park Ave

I am trying to find the 1997 value of a 1992 Buick Park Avenue. I can only find the today's value. I need this info as part of a estate settlement. Thanks!

My cousin bout a 91 ultra in 1998 for 4000, that had 130000 miles. Since there is a 5 yr difference between the year of the car and the needed year, the only thing you could do is to find the value of a current 5yr old park ave. Wouldnt be spot on, but reasonably close.

You might want to check your library to see is they have microfilm records of the news papers of the year in question. Quite often these will include the classified ads also. The price would vary as to condition and number of mile at the time of sale. Another way if the car was purchased from a dealer is to check the Department of Motor Vechicles. Licence plate tax is usally tied to the value. You may have some problem getting them to dig into the archives but that should give the exact dollar amount.
