Yeah, the 1/10 Carrera GT is definately RC, but it's still good news. It means that Tamiya has obviously purchaced a licensing agreement from Porsche for the GT. This dramaticlly increases the chances that we'll see a 1/24 Carrera GT. A 1/10 RC kit is much quicker for Tamiya to put out after buying the license- they just make a new body shell, and put it onto a slightly modified pre-existing chassis from another of their RC kits. A 1/24 kit, they obviously can't use parts from other plastic kits. Last year, the FW24 (and I think the ENZO also) were released as 1/10 RC kits several months before the scale model kits were released. So, with any luck at all, Tamiya is busily making patterns for the 1/24 Carrera GT -maybe for release later this year(?).

I still think it looks like an MR2, though!

I don't understand what's new with the rosso corsa 1/24 Enzo...
A 1/24 Carrera GT? It would be great news! Let's hope it's really worth it to wait for it... (sometimes 1/10 RC models don't have their 1/24 "twins" realeased. Example: the last Merc CLK DTM...)
