head specs for 3100 3400 3800

i got a 95 and looking at getting a different heads on it...does any one know the specs on any of the other heads...looking to swap the heads. Also the supercharger i am still looking for that...so if any know what size or what make of the supercharger i could get would be great. Thanks

just get 3400 heads and both uim & lim & tb

pontiac push rods 3100

I need to know if the long rod goes to the intake or exhaust, and if the short one goes to the intake or exhaust
