Re: Jbl a good brand?

jbl amps are pretty solid, but for speakers I would look elsewhere
I wouldn't get anything kenwood, but that's just me

Re: Jbl a good brand?

Some of the Kenwood class D amplifiers have some good specs. The Kenwood fold out headunits are really nice looking and sound pretty good. They have good and bad...

i'd say that either wouldn't be bad, but if i were to put together a sub combination of either, i would go with jbl....

the subs aren't that bad from jbl and not bad from kenwood eiher, but the area where jbl wins is their amps.......

Re: Jbl a good brand?

JBL is a very good brand, especially their higher end speakers and subwoofers. Their old 8" GTI could take so much beating, I would even say as much or more than and RE8 can, and thats saying a lot. lol
