is Tokico a good brand?

Tokico HP suspension kit - Includes 4 Tokico struts and 4 Tokico lowering springs

why would this cost almost 430$ worth it or not, is Tokico like top of the line or something? i dont know much about suspension

I wouldn't say that it is the absolute best. But they ARE comparable to to companies like KYB and Koni. You might also want to look into Tokico's adjustable "Illumina".

Put it simply. You can't go wrong with Tokico.

Tokico's are really good. I have them on my civic. I have the adjustable illumina package and I'm happy. The problem is you need to make sure you have the strut tower brace bar for support. Lowering my civic put a lot of strain on the towers and the shaft of the struts put 2 nice size holes in my hood when they blew threw the washers.

my bro has tokico suspension kit on his accord..there good i guess but streets over in my hood suk mokey balls so its a rough ride

You can't really compared Teins to Tokicos though. Teins are a full coilover. While Tokicos are simply just shocks/struts. Your brother should consider Illuminas. They're 5-way adjustables so he can set them to compensate for the messed up roads.

yes, they are good, I have a 92 lude with HP Tokicos shocks/struts. I bought it on ebay for $357 shipping included.... :-) It doesn't drop the car that much..but i'm cool with it. Very easy to install :-)
