Talking Lowrider Contest Entry: 1963 Impala

Hey guy's. I decided to start a thread, All my pervious projects are called off now. I havent been this excited about building a model in a long time. Well here's the basic layout of the trunk, Here's a list: 2 12 inch AudioBahn subs, Pioneer Amp, LCD 7inch TV, 4 Hydro pumps, 6 Batterys. Took me about a half hour to get everything to fit, But I did it. And I think it look's really awesome. As i told you before, I will be using the '64 Chassis. It will be in either "ass-drag" stance, or "3-wheelin" stance. What do you guys think of it so far?!?

Josh

I will have some more pics tomarrow! I plan on a custom Consol, Like the one SLK has but I will scratchbuild mine!

Re: Lowrider Contest Entry: 1963 Impala

that looks really nice man but in reality you would only want to be running 2 pumps off 6 batteries. but I suppose it is only a model. good to see another entry that might be done traditional style, but alot of people are using impalas. there are more to lowriders then just impalas and cadillacs

Re: Lowrider Contest Entry: 1963 Impala

Doesn't realistically have only 2 pumps in the back, you can have as many as you want but not alot of cars have heaps, alot of the feature cars in Lowrider magazine only have up to 4, alot having only 2 or 3, most people who own a lowrider only have 2 because there isn't a huge need for four.
Dub city models only seem to be good for the parts at the moment, hahaha.

Nomads make sick lowriders, they got lots of room in the back for your setups too. Try Hoppin Hydros but you can always buy a Revell Lowrider kit.
