Attention Rx-7 Experts

Hey all,
Im looking to buy a car and i saw 2 rx-7's for sale
There both 1993, ones a touring and the other is tt
the tt has about 129k km on it with new turbo, hiflow cat and computer
whereas the touring only has an HKS exhaust
Now these 2 carshave the same stats stock version but i was wondering how much better the tt is now compared to the touring
1993 mazda rx-7 tt for 25 000$ Canadian
1993 mazda rx-7 touring for 15 000% Canadian

well... they're both turbocharged, and i can't really think of huge differences between the..base model i guess and the touring, But i would go for the cheaper one.

Both these cars are the same, both twin turbo's.
The price differance I can't explain, But the one car I do know. The $25k MB has been maintaned by a shop that has no machanics and is not a lic. shop,
so becarefull. The $15k car is more then likely a rat.
Be very aware of what your doing with these cars,
find someone who know them and get his advice.
