95 jimmy. Changing Sparkplugs. How do you get the one behind the steering shaft out?

This one plug is irratating the hell out of me. The steering shaft is in the way so I can't get a rachet on it. I know there's got be an easy way to get it out. Anybody?

Nevermind I broke the old one off and got it out. The previous owner used champions and I replaced all with AC Delco luckily they must of been just enough shorter for me to get a sparkplug extension and get the new one in.

Sometime you have to experiment with different brands of tools to get the plug socket that will fit just right..I find a Snap-on 5/8 swivel socket works the best

Easiest thing is to remove the 11mm bolt at the bottom of the intermediate shaft and just telescope it into itself and move it out of the way. Access to all plugs. Takes me about 15 mins to do all 6
