help with h22a wiring

I just swapped my h23 out for a OBD1 jdm h22a in my 95 prelude si. I used the h23 wire harness and was wondering what to do about making modifications for the internal coil supplied with the jdm distributor.

I have searched hondaswap.com, 92lude.com, and automotive forums for this answer and haven't had any luck. I'm tring to finish the project tomorrow so any help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks

P3 F22 to H22a JDM

Hi, I see you guys are tackling the same problem I've encoutered. Got my H22 from Osaka last week, move the F22 harness to the H22 and have wiring questions.

I have the same coil issue: Internal on the H22, external on F22 and the leftover plug that shares a common yellow wire with the plug in distributor.

Also, what are you guys doing with the IAB and IAC circuits. I Cant find reference in my F22 manual.

And last but probably not completly, I have an vacuum solenoid on near the end of the fuel rail that the F22 did not have. Its hooked up to the pressure regulator. What it for?

I also intend to post the results of my swap. Do you guys want to coauthor a guide...

Re: help with h22a wiring

Hi,
I check out the 348699 thread. In their case they have a f22a with internal coil going to a h22a USDM with external. I have the opposite condition. H22AJDM with internal to a F22a Harness with external coil.

Re: help with h22a wiring

I am planning a '92 f22 to a h22a swap soon and was wondering if you have any idea if I will have the same problems? Let me know and will the guide that your typing up work for my swap, if so I would like to get ahold of that!

Thanks
ZROC
