A "Cherry" '94 Integra?

I found a "new" car today and was wondering if the price and everything sounds right.

It is a 1994 Acura Integra LS it's bone stock, standard motor, one owner bought it in '94 off the showroom floor with only 5,000 miles on it, seams to me a sound running car, (Black=Hard to keep Clean
But it has grey interior and a moonroof, which I think is cool.

Anyway the guy is asking like $4,750.

But he said that he would take $4,250- bottom line.

Does it sound good, or is that 100% B.S.?

I m not the best car sales men but have been looking for a car for a while.
first a few q/a s standard? Have you drove it? When you drive it ask tell him that you will buy it if you can floor it and see if it runs good if he says no he probally has something to hide if he lets you than just use natural instinct to tell if it runs well also ask about engine swaps accidents transmiton and clutch.
