F/S: '94 integra front end damage

regretfully, i've had an accident. luckily no one was hurt except my car. the front underside is pretty much all messed up. i don't have the finances to fix it so i'm trying to sell the car as is. the car starts and the engine still runs, but it is not drivable. the tires (Falken Ziex Ze-512) i put on the night before the accident, so they essentially are brand new.

black 1994 acura integra GS-R
tanabe hyper-medallion catback exhaust (untouched by accident)
dc ceramic 4-1 header (will need work done to it)
the engine is in great shape. burns a little oil but still pulls strong. replaced timing belt and water pump less than 5,000 miles ago.
transmission is a 5spd. excedy performance clutch and act 8.5 pound flywheel put in less than 5,000 miles ago.
i've taken out all the audio equipment.
would make a great project/parts car. asking $1500 or best offer.

You said the tranny is in good shape right? how many actual miles are on the tranny? I need one for my 99 SI. How much?

yes, tranny's still ok, but unfortunately i am not parting out the car just yet, trying to sell as a whole. the car has approx 120 miles on it as a whole.
