2001 GTP won't start/ fuel gauge crazy

I own a 2001 gtp 19000 miles and have been having intermitent problems with it...first abs light comes on with out even moving it start and restart light goes out. Then when you start the car it goes to full on the gas gauge and then in 30 seconds it goes to empty and low fuel light comes on. this is alll while you are sitting still then you restart and does the same this all over again....yesterday would not start just cranked so pushed it out of the garage so it could be towed to dealer and it started right up....do you suppose we have a computer problem? We have had to the dealer twice but they can't read it unless the lights are on and they always seem to go out for them....any help would be great....
