Turbo Or supercharger? Never Heard this question?

I just got a 99 3.8 and I wanted to know if anyone knew where to get it twin turbo-ed. Or do you think I should get it supercharged? I'm kinda clueless right know. If I were to get a twin turbo, where should I get it from? And what kind of other mods should I do first? I was thinking just the basics like dual exhaust, headers, intake, throttle body, and pulley (easy stuff)

I don't know if they have a kit for the 3.8, but you could always give them a call. I wanted a turbo, but it's not CARB legal, so I went w/ a Vortech S/C

Incon kits have a carb EO number.
