Question Will an Lancer EVO 6 Motor fit in my car

Yo what up I would like to know if any one can tell me if the Lancer Evo6 motor will fit in my 1997 Mirage 1.8l its a four door. Please fill me in

i bet with some fanagling it can get in there, but the bellhousing on the trasmission will not bolt up.

the 4G63 should be able to fit in your mirage...it SHOULD. I've seen it done before...not personaly buuut i've seen it in a mirage before.

with a new tranie, you can do it, but it will be a pain in the ass but probley be worth it

At the end it will prolly end up being FWD, unless you wanna screw round making it 4WD.

Yeh a Mivec should fit if you manage to get hold on a lancer of the same year as yours, as the previous generation lancers have the engine facing the other way.
