Need help - heater fan is intermitted

The fan in mine was intermittent and the car stalled occationally, first I thought it was just slow speed, then it started doing it at high speed too. For the fan, my fan motor gave out, for the stalling, my fuel flow regulator or whatever you call it gave out. Their's an open recall on the fuel regulator along with a transmission part.
