Question Smoking & starting problem

Hey all, I have a 93 S10 Blazer 4wd 4dr. I know its fuel injected but when i start it i have to pump it. I think its the fuel pump. Also it blows out blue smoke from the exhaust and also behind the engine. I think there might just be a leak somewhere from the headers but not sure.
Any suggestions please let me know thanx.

The smoke is more than likely valve guides. S-10s and Blazers are known for these problems. I assume the truck has over 100,000 miles? If so, worn valves are a given. I don't know about the other problems.

Re: Re: Smoking & starting problem

The gas mileage is ok it takes alot of gas. Yea its an w series and a 8th digit. Also i noticed when i put the heat on and it says vents it doesnt come out from there. If i put it on floor, defrosters, and vents it doesnt matter it just come out in the spots except the vents. Do you kno anything about that?
