you can go to the illegals. Its usually around 101st ave between buckeye and grand.

HAHAha if you want to know? All illegal racing takes place somewhere around the westside of town. Thats all I'll say but you just gotta explore that side of town to find it.
The pavillions in scottsdale (101 & Indian bend)always have a show if you want to check it out
