Exhaust Sizing

What is the best size ID exhaust for the SR20DE? I'm talking from headers down to muffler. I know above 2-1/2" I'll lose my low end torque. What are some of your opinions? (Please include the NOISE factor!)

Does anyone have their entire exhaust setup the same size (from header to muffler)? How much difference does it make, for instance, if the headers are 1-5/8" and y-pipe is 2", and the b and muffler are 2-1/4", rather than y pipe, b pipe, and muffler inlet all the same size?

Anybody use the Iceman CAI? How does that size up against the HS?

PS - Please, people, tell me how to get an image in my profile! I went to Koolart, and I found the pic I like, but I can't get it to appear in the profile (on the left hand side of the screen, under "AF Newbie"). Please HELP!
