What mods will void the factory warranty?

There's some laws expressed that say something on the lines of, "No part can void a warranty. However, if the vendor/dealer can prove that the non factory part caused the problem than they are not liable for fixing the problem." For instance, if you supercharge your car, and you burn your automatic transmission, then the dealer has a reasonable reason not to replace the tranny. However, dealers get money for fixing the problem. They just get paid by Nissan and not by the customer. So often times they'll overlook things just for the business. Another example, if you have an intake and your air conditioning system dies, they can't refuse to fix it because there is no way they can prove an intake had anything to do with the A/c system.
