Yokohama Vs. Falken KNOCKOUT

Both of these tire giants are kings in their own right, but with money issues aside which gives the best performance and glue-like grip?

Yokohama AVS Series Tires Vs. Falken Azenis ST-115 OR Ziex ZE-512

Which do you guys think is the king and why?

Some factors you should consider:
1)Rain Grip
2)Road Noise
3)Handling
4)Road Grip
5)Comfort
6)Treadwear

List these factors based on your personal experience and crown your tire the king.

re: falkens ZIEX ZE-512

I have them on my 97 Nissan Maxima and those are great tires
wet and dry traction is awsome and they do perform "safe" in 2" of unplowed snow - ABS only kicked in sporadically.

one note though got them balanced on old fashion balance machine and tires were not perfectly round - there was some steering whell shaking goin on

got them rebalanced on "road force" balancer and everything is smooth
highy recomended.
