Appreciate your input into this.

1) I noticed that I get '3 beeps' noise from the engine area each time I run the car for a while (after about 30mins). I started noticing this after I over-topped my engine oil in the course of a trip.

2) Serious vibration on the front passenger side whenever I reach 80km/h. I've changed my tyres twice (from Dunlop to Pirreli) and it still persists. I've also replaced my Lower & upper arms, tyroid, centre rod and brake disks.
