Power Door lock Failure

I have a 99 Tahoe, and am expericening problems with the power door locks. All locks work fine using the Keyfob. But when trying to lock or unlock using either front door or the cargo door power lock buttons nothing happens (no noise of any sort). Any ideas of where to start looking?
