Power Door Lock will not unlock when pressing the door lock

Hi I have a 1994 Bonneville SSEI and the Power door locks will not Unlock when you press the Lock Button but if press it to lock the doors they do and i programed the remote for the doors and does the same thing when you press the unlock button on the remote anyone can help me in this matter .
