Odd sound

i have an odd sound comming from my engine. Its a wining sound. it sounds like its comming from the timing belit but i dont tihnk that the belt should be the problem the belt was replaced in june...i think it might have somethen to do with the extreem cold weve been having in ny latly....any idea abotu what it might be or how to fix it?

Trying to troubleshoot sounds over the internet is almost impossible.

What year is the Stang? Its a 5.0?

problems solved....it was the tension pully breaking off......the thing melted to the bering and then snapped off the bering cauzing the belt to split in half.
