4th squeeky suspention

Hi

I got a 93 4th and the suspension squeeks whenever i go over a speed bump or any kind of large bump.
Is it bad springs or shocks?
or do i just need to grease it like squeeky door?

I thought it would be the best time to think about my suspention with the tein group buy.

Does this squeek happen when you press on the brake and does it go away after you get past the bump a little while.

If this is so then it just might be your Brakes. Warning saying that you need new pads. Thats what happen to me i thought it was the sepension but found out it got worse when i pressed on the brake so i took it in and said it was a brake warning . Hope this helps

It only squeaks when i hit a bump a low pitch sound i guess.
Although my brakes make a hight pitch noise when i press on it, i've just changed them a month ago.

slorry about the spension don't know much about that. But i would have your brakes looked at because i don't think they should still squeak after a month

First thing I would do is check for any worn suspension bushings & check for any worn parts. If nothing found, lube all suspension bushings. You can use a aerosol White Lith. grease.

check your ball joints for grease, if theres grease, GET YOUR BALL JOINTS REPLACED as soon as possible, my friends prelude had that and it finally broke, the rear drivers side wheel turned perpendicular to the car and pushed back up into the fender well, major damage. then, mine did the same thing, then he sold his and it did it on the other side. every time, there was a ton of damage, so get that checked out as soon as possible. hope this helps. good luck.

I've checked the balljoints and they were a mess,
dunno if the noise were coming from there but it definetely is getting a fix.

I have a 92, I had a squeak in the front suspension, I got new shocks and struts for it, and when i took the spring off the drivers side strut, it was broken in three places.......not sure if you have looked at your springs, just thought I would throw my encounter in.
