Unhappy '92 Celica ST Starter....

Dear Gang, Need your help. I have a '92 Toyota Celica ST 1.6 LITER, 4 CYL. 5 speed w/a.c. Problem? When I turn my key on the starter will just click, I have to keep turning the key untill the starter decides to catch. It is now taking longer & longer to start the car. I have to turn the key off & on alot of times untill the car starts. I am afraid the car just won't start one day. Is this a problem of the solenied and starter or what? The car was turned on and off alot of times this past year due to using my car on the job. Question: Is it the starter, and is it a hard or long job to change the starter? Need your advice. Brian...

Re: '92 Celica ST Starter....

Your starter is on it's way out.

Replace it. Easy.
