How Much Does a Vortec 4.3 Weigh?
I am wondering how much a mid 1990's 4.3 V6 weighs. I imagine it's less than the 550 lbs a cast iron smal lblock V8 weighs and more than the 380 lbs an LS1 weighs.

Your exactly in the right ballpark.
I'd say it's at the 400-450 mark.
