Rev Limiter in a Cutlass
I am sure you guys know what I am talking about. In my 1996 Cutlass whenever the car is in park or neutral and not moving I can only rev the engine to about 3500 RPM, than it drops. Does anyone know how I can disable this?

i know in 94 with the 3.1L when you hold the throttle open too far then it will start to miss at a constant speed, like cut out over and over and over pretty quick
rev limiter, we got explained to all about this by a local GM mechanic,
