clifford matrix alarm questions

Im thinking about getting a Cifflord Matrix alarm with keyless entry. I have a place that I can get it w\install for $260. Does anyone have any comments about the matrix or suggestions of another alarm that would be worth getting instead? All I really want is keyless entry and an alarm good enough to keep the normal joy riders or stereo thief away.

This place will install an alarm I bring for $70 or above so if anyone here can give me a deal on a good alarm let me know, I don’t really want to spend above $300 for alarm and install and I don’t want to worry about installing it myself.

Thanks

Yeah, that's a decent alarm. It is along the same lines as the other DEI like Python, Viper, ect.. You might want to add some other things like mercury tilt sensors on the hood, hatch. Also, a back-up battery siren is always a good step too.
