Aluminum Block Single turbo 2JZ-GTE

How many people would be willing to spend $15,000 on a alluminum block 2JZ-GTE, with custom nickle and steel cylinder sleeves, or Titanium cylinder sleeves, Jun pistons, cams, rods, aluminum flywheel, and valve springs. It would be powered by a single T64 turbo.

Would it be as strong and boostable as the ol' faithful cast iron block...I didn't think aluminum blocks could hold boost.
