96 Cavilier Rear Defogger

Defogger inoperative. There is no voltage getting to the defogger even though I can hear the relay behind the dash button click when I turn it on. The defogger light comes on also. My Haynes wiring diagram does not show this circuit. Chilton manual at library has no wiring diagram. Can anyone help?

Even though it is cicking it still sounds like the relay is bad, find the wires that connect to the defogger and see if you are getting any power to those wires,if you arent than it is the relay,if you are getting power than the defogger that is on the window may need peeled off and replaced.
