Unhappy 96 cavilier rear defogger

My rear defogger does not work. I am not getting voltage to it. When I push the button on the dash I hear the relay click. My Haynes manual's wiring diagram is less than helpful. The Chilton manual at the library has no wiribg diagrams. Can anyone tell me what to look for or how to get into the dash for troubleshooting? Help!

Why did you post this in the turbo forum of the Honda page? Just wondering what your rational is because a ton of new people have been posting in the completely wrong areas lately.

It's cool man.. just go to the main www.automotiveforums.com page, click on "enter forums" or whatever, and go to the chevrolet area. It helps narrow your search that way, and people can help you there.
