From 1988 to 1998 you have cams in the upper control arms. Some have the cams some don't. The ones that don't, you have to buy them, install them and align. The slots in the frame clips that the cam bolts go through have a hole with a slot stamped in it. It takes a special tool or an air chisel and a rotory file to slot. Not a job for a shadetree. The newer models are easily adjustable if you know how too. But all is in the process of alignment. You cannot adjust camber or caster in most cases without adjusting the toe after, or you will wear the rubber off your tires.
