1994 Accord EX caster problem

I just went to tires plus and got 4 new tires and an alignment done.. They told me they could not adjust the caster on the drivers side and asked if id been in an accident recently. The main reason i got new tires is because the other day i was doing some aggresive driving and hit a curb at about 45ish.. this is most likely what caused it. Anyways they said the adjusment was missing. i cant seem to find the replacement part. will not having this significantly wear the tread on my tires or cause the alignment to gradually get worse? If so i need help finding this part. And would also like to know where the adjustment is suppose to be located on this car.

Caster is a non-tire wearing angle. It has to do with straight line stability and steering effort.

I can't think right off the bat where it is adjusted on the Accord. I'll go look at the wife's '95 later if she comes back.

If you hit a curb at @ 45mph it's VERY likely that the frame and/or control arm is bent! We just had one the other day. Accord hit a curb a 40mph, kinked the frame. A good alignment or tech should be able to visually see any damage.

Re: 1994 Accord EX caster problem

wait a sec which is not the angle that can be adjusted because i thought it was caster. Most cars such as a accord or the more common cars do not have caster adjustments, they are factory set. The only ways to adjust caster on one of these cars is by a adjustable ball joint right?

Meaning something is bent
