Question 00-02 Taurus Suspension difference?

Eibach offers their,"pro-Kit" For Ford Taurus Year 2000, the year of inception for the new body style Taurus. My Friend drives a 2000 Taurus SE, I drive a 2002 Ford Taurus SE, same exact car as i can tell.

So my friend bought the pro-kit for his car and it fits on there and its awesome... i'm wondering if there are any differences in the suspension that would make those springs not fit my car. As we have the same trim level/body style/ engine/transmission/ and all.
