Lightbulb how do I adjust high idle?

:screwy:I changed the starter before I put the manifold back on I cleaned it. When I was done putting every thing back together and started her up the idle went straight to about 4000rpms. Someone please show me the error of my ways.

Most likely you are introducing false air caused by a vacuum leak. Check your seal surfaces and make sure all your vacuum lines are where they belong.
