Re: 97 grand prix

yes, this is the wrong forum and I am sure the post will be moved to Pontiac when a mod notices... anyways, do the fans work when you turn the A/C on? if so you may have a problem with your temp sensor, or maybe a relay or something

Re: 97 grand prix

Could be a bad relay though to, and its alot cheaper to replace then the whole motor.....if you have a manual look it up im sure on the location of the relay it could be in you main fuse box under the hood.

hey, good job, idiot. this was originally in the honda forum. If you had read the above, you would have seen that someone said that it would probably be moved to the Pontiac forum when the mod notices. GOOD JOB BUDDY.

and yeah, i sold my honda and bought myself a Dodge SRT-4. Huge upgrade. Now, THAT is a real car.

Re: 97 grand prix

the first thing I would check on the cooling fans is the relay. If it's ok, I'd suspect the coolant temp sensor. You said you checked the fuses, so that rules them out. And those ricers are WAY to sensitive, must be all that saki they sip.
