Talking Engine Idle Too High

Hellllppppp!!! What might be the problem in an engine (6A12 - Galant '95)having a high RPM in idle condition, the RPM is about 1,500....i tried adjusting the TPS but couldn't solve the problem. The adjustment screw on the throttle pulley is already at its minimum.....can someone please help me....

look for vaccum leaks///hoses disconnected //rubber plugs broken/leaking
this will cause high idol
