Jada Toys 1:10/12 R/C Cars

hey there,

Well, finally i found a online place that will ship internationally here to Australia! so i can get my paws on one of these Jada R/C cars! A pearl white RX-8 to be exact!

Has anyone got one of these? Any good? or did i just fork out money for no reason....uh oh.l hehe

Also, is it actually 1:10 scale? or 1:12? The official site says its 1:10 but a lot of the online shops say its 1:12....so i'm not sure.

I saw one in a hobby shop today, I only glanced at it, but it looked pretty good.

Well, I saw the RX8 @ a Dutch website, and judging from those pics, I'd rather take a Supra, cause in my opinion the Jada RX8 isn't detailed that much, and doesn't look that phat as the Supra's. But I haven't seen'em myself, so I hope the pics I saw are misleading...

Well Hello there, WOW!!! I just got my Jada Supra (blue) and its awesome!! not soo fast, it is pretty fast, but ITS ALL ABOUT THE LOOKS! my friend got the red supra and tomorrow were gonna go cruise lol. They look very cool, I could'nt stop looking at them.

i got my Pearl White RX8 just 2 days!!

its pretty awesome i must say...the carbon fiber texture and all that is nice!

Yeah...i thought it would go faster..but its still relatively quick. the best is u can slide it a bit and do 180 degree turns no worries!

If you want a quality RC Car get a TC3, HPI, Team Losi, Traxxas, etc. But not the ones you buy at Wal-Mart. The more high end ones that cost around $300.

yep mike as a point. but some people just want a cheap car to bash with. i never could drive a cheap ass one just because they seem to be to CHEAP and easy to BREAK for me.

They are built like tanks but arent upgradeable thats what drives me nuts. Your stuck with the 15MPH RC. Once its broken its broken. You have one battery and one battery only. You have one charger that takes forever to charge, I dont see any peak chargers for them.

True. Story time kids. I have gotten a truck one year as a gift. Well i charged up the batt and took it out for a spin. With in 10 mins of getting it rolling it BROKE. no way to fix it. So i took it apart.
