unlocking front axle (help)
my 93 s10 blazer will not get out of 4x4. seems to go in fine but i have to reach under battery and move cable by hand to disengage. anyone explain how going in and out of 4X4 is done? i have a picture in a chilton but it dont go in to detail. i found where the cable goes in to the front axle but was leary about messing with anything until i know more. my chilton shows springs in the axle side of the cable, dont want to loose these inside so i better get more info. before i explore. thanks for any info. i have a manual selector, 4.3 cpi
