intake on auto tranny

is it true that yoo can't use an cai on an auto tranny? cuz i wuz plannin on gettin 1 for ma auto civic lx...but i gues ill juss hafta stick wit tha short ram then? lemme kno...

If you take off a stock intake on a manual car & a stock intake on an automatic version of that same car, they will be identical, therefore logic dictates that a aftermarket intake that works for the manual will also work for the automatic, eh:bandit:

mines auto and the intake is the one for a manual its universal.

Yea that's true but the cold air is more dense having in it more oxygen molecules allowing for better combustion.

please tell your friend to understand how a car works. the transmission has nothing at all to do with how and engine works.. all it does is 'transfer' the power to the wheels.
