328i E36(1995) engine with 325i E36(1991) tranny??

I want to change my 2.5 engine with a 2.8 engine, both E36. Which parts I have to change, and especially which tranny rate has the 2.5 and 2.8 engine?? I want to start this project asap........ :22yikes:
