Comp/Temp Mirror Problem

2000 Z71 Tahoe (old body style)

My temperature/compass mirror doesn't work. The LED's don't light up. I tried my daughter's '96 Tahoe mirror and it lights up so I know it's got power. These things are astronically high from the dealer. Does anyone know of a fix, or someone who can fix them? My extended warranty won't cover it so it's up to me.

Re: Comp/Temp Mirror Problem

I can tell you this, I have been shopping for a temp/comp mirror and have found lots of them on e-bay most are around $100. There is actually an after market brand also that is pretty reasonable there to. Hope this helps you.
