Question Good Deal?

anybody with carfax want to help me out on this?
1999 M3 manual, 28,000 miles, silver. dealer is asking $27800. It seems that this price may actually be close to what it's worth, so i'm afraid something might be up.
anybody with carfax want to help me out? make sure there's no salvage etc...
VIN: WBSBG9338XEY82863 , zip 76234

Sounds pretty low, check everything out first. I'm selling a '99 Convertible,Auto, with 9,000 miles for $39,995. Of course it's got lots of extra goodies.
