Some advice please
Hey,
i have a 2000 accord v6 coupe, and i want to get a more impressive engine noise out of it  those two mufflers really damp it down. what options do i have other than any major replacements of the exhaust and intake systems, something along the lines of a valve adjustment or a minor replacement. i already put in a k&n filter and that didnt do much.

there are tons of exhausts greddy, hks, skunk 2, dc sports, tanabe, 5 zigen. as for Intake either AEM or Injen. i recommed Greddy. other ppl may have other opinions.

Yea but i was thinking more along the lines of taking out the resonator or the premuffler.
Would doing that damage the car or turn on the check engine light?

i dunno. but it would probaly sound like shit. just get a cat-back exhaust. RS*R is a very good exhaust. but dont qoute but i herd there mufflers rust after a while.

the pre silencer would be an unwise choice to remove... that helps keep noise out of the inside of the car when crusing.
