94 vibrates when in drive
When it is in drive it vibrates alot. When in Park or Neutral it doesnt.
It drives fine, it just vibrates alot when you come to a stop. Could this be an engine mount? What else could it be? Any help will be appreciated. |

I had a similar problem with my 93 LX, and I found the problem to be a loose bracket on the exhaust pipe. Let me explain. On the underside of the car, on the exhaust pipe, there is a bracket that connects to the oil pan. The screw that held the bracket to the oil pan must have vibrated loose and came out. I noticed this when I crawled under there to change the oil. Anyway, that pipe was really banging around and caused alot of vibration when the car was at idle. I put another screw in and it made a big difference, especially at idle. Maybe you could check that bracket. The bracket connects to the side of the oil pan and can be easily seen when your under the car. Hope this helps.

Thanks. It was what I suspected, it was a transmission mount that was tore up.
