intake diameter

What is a good intake diameter? aem makes them 2.75" i beleive and some other brands are 3".

I would trust AEM because suposedly, they use computers to compute the perfect diameter for their intakes. An intake diameter too small, it won't let in enough air, a diameter too big, you won't get that vaccum effect.

Of course, AEM is also the most expensive.

Are you going to make your own intake? If so, let us know how it goes. I'm also thinking about making my intake this winter break.

2.75" is good, 3" for a b series motor

the AEM CAI for B-series is 2.75" for H22's and B18C5's they are 3" and D series are 2.5"
