97' Blazer ABS Light is ON,Transmission si acting up.

Hi; I was driving along the 401 .When I got off the highway the ABS light came on .When I touched the brakes it started to brake as if I where on ice .Then the transmission started to act up .It would jump out of gear. Our the two related.Thanks
