Talking I'm so proud...

Hey everyone... great news!

I can proudly change my vehicle part of my profile to 1985 Honda CRX
I bought it today: $820 (NZ dollars - okay, shutup, it's all I could afford). It's got a mint body, but the engine's a bit rough. Well, the gearbox, clutch, and synchros to be more specific, but I'm kinda proud of it anyway!!!
It's the 1.5L SOHC carby engine... not the best, I know... but hey, it doesn't have to stay that way!

What do you think?

haha. The CRX is a great car, but it seems kinda small to me.

Right on, that's cool. The CRX is a really good car, I've never owned one, but they're still cool cars. Congrats.

Cheers!

Rethink on the strategy tho: Instead of dropping a ZC into it, it'd be a much better idea to resell the CRX (after enjoying it for a bit, of course!), save a wee bit extra, and buy a CRX Si (since it comes with the ZC stock in NZ). That way it'll save a whole lot of extra work, and won't be much more expensive.

Yeah that'd probably be the way to go.

You shouldn't listen to us USDM folks...all we get is single cams over here .

Yeah, that sucks... I think it's stupid that you lot don't get twin cam Civics over there... well, unless it's a 2002 Si... lucky us!
